I'm an American who is seeking half-year accommodations in London. I'll be staying 6 months each in America and in London. Ideally, I'd like to keep in London seasonal weather clothes so I won't have to transport them twice annually. My dates in London are 3rd October - 31st March. I'm a gay male, aged 63, clean, quiet, non-smoker, no drugs, respectful of people and their space. I don't want to live in a place where someone has a revolving door on their bedroom, nor do I want to live in a party atmosphere. I'd like to be within a short walk of a grocery and Tube line or lines. If I could chose, I'd like to be in Central or West London (Soho especially), East End (I like Stratford a lot and have mates there), or West London (Hammersmith). But I'll certainly consider other areas. It'd be great fun to explore & get to know other areas of beautiful London! If you don't want a full-time house/flat mate or need the income it generates, we could be a great fit! I know I'm placing this ad well before my arrival date, but given it's a six months stay, the more exposure the ad receives the better.
