Looking for a flatmate to share my 2 bed property.

The room

The room available is an double en-suite (shower) with access to the balcony. The room comes with a built in wardrobe and 6 drawers chest that you can see from the pictures. There is also a double bed and mattress provided.

I am looking for a professional that can comfortably afford £1000pcm + £600 deposit. All bills are included (council tax , electric , water) as well as Wi-Fi.

The Area

This is a new build located in Barking Riverside , I have been in the property for a year. The building opposite is a coffee shop and ecology centre called The Wilds..

There is a bus stop opposite the building that takes you direct to Barking station in 22 minutes. Alternatively you can travel to Central London using the Thames Clipper river bus service opening in May. The pier is a 10 minute walk or 2 stops on the bus. Across from the pier is Barking Riverside overground station due to open in Autumn 2022.

Many residents rent out their underground parking bay on stashbee. com and similar sites.

About me

I am a 28 year old professional, a bit of an introvert but like going out and having a drink when I can asked! I have few visitors to the flat and will mostly meet friends at location. I generally keep to myself and take pride in the flat looking clean and tidy.
