All rent will go to the property management company, not me. I will handle utility payments and I will post in the kitchen area the bill for full transparency. Since the rent included utilities and the council tax that means that every month the will be a payment surplus. Any surplus will be used to by items for the house as agreed upon by the house.
Move in Costs
The move in costs would be the amount of your first month’s rent, plus a deposit of 516, plus a holding fee of 200. Your first month’s utility and council tax payment would be included in your move in costs.
