I am a young professional working in the City Centre and traveling away occasionally. Spend most of my time out of the house but like to keep it clean and well organised. A creative person with a love for the arts and socialising with my friends, looking for someone with similar interests and preferably around the same age.

Gas, electricity, council tax, water and high speed fibre optic broadband all together come to £125pcm.
(all in £475pcm)

Very spacious/bright and fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, 2 bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, lots of electrical points and view overlooking the garden.

Situated on Carlyle Road, B16, only a few steps away from the Edgbaston Reservoir and is within easy access to Hagley Road, Broad Street, Five ways, TGI Fridays, City Hospital, Birmingham University, and Birmingham City Centre. You have one of the biggest Morrison’s in town just a stone throw away & 2 24hr convenience stores.

It is only a few mins away from the closest bus stop which is at the end of the road, then you are a short ride away from the City Centre.
Buses on the main street leave every 10 minutes.
Preferably you can easily walk or cycle anywhere in the City Centre within 30 mins.

Fully furnished for all basic needs. Ideal if you are looking for comfortable accommodation with easy access to the city centre and to move in and share with less people in a quieter house.

The house has a fully fitted large kitchen area with sitting area, washing/dryer machine, gas central heating, dishwasher and double glazing and a lovely garden which is great in the summer months. A small front room area with sofa, chair and tv. Loads of storage and more than happy to put your own stamp on it.
On street free parking.

To move in you will need one month's rent in advance and deposit (£250). All the usual documents - Passport, the latest three months of your bank statement with your full current address, employment contract or employer reference, three latest monthly payslips.

The ideal tenant Must be a clean & tidy person (single occupancy) who is considerate of housemates.
