This is currently a student housing with 4 bedrooms (briefly unoccupied due to lockdown), with the contract end date on June 30th 2021. I'm currently looking for another student to replace me from 1st February onwards.

The room is furnished along with the house. Bills approximate to roughly £40-ish or less a month (including WiFi). There's parking available around the area as well.

Professionals are welcome if you can afford council tax alongside the rent by yourself. The house is located in a sweet spot by the Arches, right on Gloucester Road and is a quick 20 minute walk to the centre (flat & not hilly!) and the University of Bristol (direct bus routes to UWE as well).

There's two train stations right next to the house (Redland St & Montpelier St) which is an easy quick link to Bristol Temple Meads but you also have the option of relying on bus transport (there's quite a lot frequently running in the area). You communicate directly with the landlord, who is very friendly.

About the area: Gloucester road is packed with fun takeaways and small shops, so there's always something to explore. The house is surrounded by mostly families or professionals, so is relatively very quiet at night.
