We have a room to let in our 3 bed flat. The flat is located on the first floor.
We are both busy Uni students doing professional courses and so would prefer someone who is more on the quiet side. (Student or professional). We also enjoy watching Netflix shows and playing Fifa here and there too!
The room has an en-suite and a 3/4 double bed. The rooms also have a mini TV in them. Bills included. £625pcm. Available for 2022/23.

We would prefer a flatmate who does not drink or smoke as we are muslim boys.
Also, we don't allow any shellfish or nuts in the flat due to some of the flatmates having allergies.
