Description:

Hey,
This is a stunning top floor 2 bedroom flat in a secured building. It's fully furninshed. The room has a double bed, wardrobe and has an ensuite shower room.

Bills are on top - the usual council tax/broadband/ gas electric.

Location is the best it's a 7 minute walk to Hackney Central or London Fields station. A 10 min bus journey to Bethnal Green.

Heaps of restaurants, coffee shops closeby. Victoria park and London Fields park around the corner. Nearest Tesco's and Sainsbury's within 5min walk.

I am looking for a flat mate that is easy going, who leads a busy work/socialising lifestyle like i do. I am quite busy with work and generally out with friends (if Covid and Boris allow)! and doing my own stuff. So would ideally need somebody that has a similar mindset who doesn't mind a quiet home. When i am at home i do like to chill in the evenings, potter around, making food and watching telly having friends over for dinner

The room up for rent has an ensuite its very self contained towards the end of the flat with a huge window letting lots of light in. The flat also has a lovely balcony, a living room and a separate kitchen.

The room is available from the 9th October. Also I am open to people wanting to rent for a certain number of days or Mon-Fri. Short term contracts are welcome too.
