I am leaving this great spacious and bright flat in the heart of Hackney Central.
It is a high ceiling, big flat with two rooms, one shared bathroom and an open plan kitchen-living room. All windows face east and south (except the bathroom), so there is plenty of sunshine throughout the day. All windows are double glazed.
The common space is furnished with eclectic mid century furniture and has lots of light and beautiful plants.
The room is very big! I has a king size bed, but i can fit a queen size and there is still plenty of space to walk, park your bike or fill it with plants. It has a big built in wardrobe with additional storage above it.
It comes unfurnished, but I can tell some of it for a low price.
My flatmate is a 38-year old professional. He is super nice, funny, neat and tidy. He is also a great cook an enjoys sharing a meal every now and then!
