The price is so cheap because we have lived here 5 years and the rent has never been raised.

One of our housemates is moving out sadly so we have a room available for a 3 month lease from Jan 31st/ Feb 1st. The room is pretty small but insanely cheap so good for someone that wont want to spend all their time in there. There is a fold out table that you can use as a desk in the room or you can put a chest of drawers in that space. The rest of the house is big and living room very cosy so there's lots of other space to chill, and there's a lot of storage in other parts of the house.
We are a 30 second walk from the station and have excellent connections into the city, about 25 mins to Oxford Circus. We have Hammersmith & City Line and District Line and are close to the Central Line. 15 mins walk from West Ham so on the weekends its 24 hour tube and 10 min bus/ 20 min walk into Stratford.
2 bathrooms, garden with a bbq, big living room and 3 other bedrooms.
A coop is being built next to the house which is excited.
We are 3 girls that are all friends so its pretty chilled in the house. We do house dinners, wine, films and over lockdown we all got bikes and do a fair amount of cycling around the city.
Its important to us that we find someone that we all get on with so we would want to do a zoom call with people and we are happy to show people around the house. We can wear masks and social distance or whatever makes people feel comfortable.
Drop us a message if you want to know anymore info or come and meet us/view the house.
