Bright and spacious furnished double room in a lovely area close to greenery and transport links. The room has an inbuilt wardrobe/ dressing table and a bed.

The shared rooms include:
Living room with a sofa, dining table and projector (which aren't in the pic).
Bathroom with freestanding tub and shower
Kitchen with gas hobs, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and lots of storage space in the original units.

There's also wooden flooring throughout, decent broadband (36Mbps) and plenty of storage in the attic.

Sharing with Steven (Event Coordinator/ Musician).
Easy going and interested in the arts and culture. Sociable but also enjoy time by myself. Working from home and occasionally leaving for work each week. Enjoy cooking, chatting, watching films and seeing friends when possible.

Current flatmate is moving out of London. We've been here since September 2019.

Looking for someone who wants a peaceful home with the occasional time to hang out and catch up.

There's a Tesco 7 min walk away and other shops, bars, cafes, etc nearby on Wood street. Plenty of green spaces, woods and lakes to explore within walking distance. There's a large communal garden out the back and a parking space too.

Overground (Liverpool St - Chingford) is a 10 min walk

Victoria Line from Walthamstow central is one stop on the overground or Black Horse Road is a few stops on the 123 bus.
