Hi everyone!

I have a double bedroom available as my flatmate has done the impossible in London and bought her first home!
Our building is located in a quiet residential area with a GP, gym and corner shop all within a 2 minute walk.
We are also a 10 min walk from the hustle and bustle of Dalston and a 10 min walk from London Fields/Broadway Market.
The room that is available gets a lot of sunshine and comes fully furnished with a bed, a wardrobe and 2 dressers.
We also have on-street parking (you’d have to apply for a permit), washer/dryer, Sky TV and Broadband, Netflix and a Nespresso machine
About your potential new flatmate: my name is Eimear and I’m a 31-year old project manager from Ireland who has been living in London just over 3 years. At the moment I am working from home and once our offices open back up it's likely I will still work from home a couple of days a week.
My ideal flatmate: I would be looking to share someone in their late 20s/early 30s who is easy-going, tidy and considerate and ideally who likes a glass or 2 of wine and enjoys terrible reality TV

The room is available from start of April but has already been vacated so if you need to move earlier, we can be flexible.
The not so fun bits:
There are letting agent admin/reference check fees which are about £150 when you move in. Monthly bills are £130 and are not included in the rent.
If you like the look of the flat and think it sounds like a good fit, please get in touch and we can arrange a viewing.
