Triple Story in Bethnal Green with Sunny Courtyard
We have a double bedroom in our spacious Bethnal Green home up for grabs. Sharing with 3 bubbly professional girls (25-31yrs), it has a flexible March - April move in date.

Our home is a lovely three story, with 2 bathrooms, a sunny courtyard, living room and downstairs dining area - plenty of space to work from home.
We are on a very quiet street right around the corner from Victoria Park and Regent’s Canal (great for walks during COVID!). It's less than 5 minutes walk to Bethnal Green Tube - Central Line or Cambridge Heath station, as well as a 10 minute walk to Stepney Green.
The room is on the middle floor and shares a bathroom with only one other flatmate. The cosy room comes with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
NOTE: The room only has a small amount of natural light (see window above the desk in photos of the room), but for that reason you get to pay between £100-200 less in rent monthly then the other roomies; a real steal for the house setup and location you get!
There are heaps of cafes, a large Tesco, pubs, gyms and independent shops in the immediate neighbourhood, including two great pubs on our the road!
The housemates are three lovely professional girls in their mid-twenties to early-thirties, working in Marketing and Legal. The house is super relaxed and friendly. Everyone is always up for a chat, park walk or drink at the pub, but still likes some downtime to chill in their own space. A great balance. Everyone is currently working from home, switching between the dining room, lounge and their rooms.
Bills are not included but total around £80 a month for council tax, water, gas/electricity, internet and a cleaner who comes every fortnight (hooray!).
We have a fixed term contract which has just expired but are planning to renew for a further year. You have the option to find a replacement for yourself on the contract if you want to leave during the term.
