Description:

Hi there,

After 2 years of living in this amazing flat, I'm moving away and looking for awesome housemate to join Andrew and Will .

The flat is stone throw away from Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland and 10 min walk away from London Fields & Hackney Downs.

We have a 24/7 reception (no more lost parcels!) , bike store and communal rooftop terrace.

The flat is super spacious and sunny, fully furnished up to the highest standards, huge balcony and super fast broadband. It has a huge living room perfect for drinking wine, dinner parties and watching TV. Also plenty of space for WFH set up.

The room itself is furnished with a bed, bedside table and a wardrobe and looks out into private courtyard (super quiet!).

We are looking for someone tidy, responsible and nice to join Andrew (data wizz for a newspaper company) and Will (works in FinTech). Both Andrew and Will are the nicest housemates, super considerate and always up for a chat/ dinner / bottle of wine. The building is pet friendly and while they would welcome a well behaved dog, cats are unfortunately a no due to allergies.

We are looking for someone to move in from April 15th (flexible either way) Rent is £820 and bills are around £100 incl. council tax.

Overall, this has been a great place to live in- if it sounds like a perfect fit for you, please get in touch!
