Hello everyone...

I am moving out towards the end of July and my friend needs to replace me in our flat.

My room is very spacious, and is big enough to fit a double bed, desk, and a large wardrobe with plenty of extra space.

Our 2 bedroom flat is in a gated community and sits right on the Hackney Wick canal opposite from HereEast and the Olympic park.

It is a 5 minute walk to Hackney Wick overground station with excellent transport links. You can be in Stratford in 6 minutes and central London in 20.

It boasts of an open plan living room/kitchen and a balcony door which overlooks the canal. All the Wick’s bars are a short walk away, with local shops, coffeeshops and amenities also close by.
Parking is also available just outside the flat, and it sits just below a lovely garden terrace which is on the canal bank, and is intended for the gated community.

The flat comes unfurnished although pretty much all the furnishings are staying as I am leaving most of my furniture behind including a two seater sofa and armchairs in the living room. Whoever will be moving in will also have the benefit of using my friend’s 4K TV and other bits.

A bed will be needed though.

My housemate is a sociable and creative guy and is great to live with.

The flat is kept quite clean, tidy and in order.

Bills are variable in price depending on the month and how much energy is used, but typically its about £300 a month between the two of us for the house. Please note that this whole house rent and not room rent, therefore he will need someone he can rely on to pay rent and bills responsibly.
