Hello there,

My flatmates and I are looking for a replacement in this lovely double, as I will be leaving London permanently at the end of June.

It is located in East London, literally on the border of Victoria Park and the lovely canal network that connects to Hackney Wick. There is also the Olympic Park just around the corner and Roman Road with its market and all the shops is a five minutes walk away.

The neighbourhood is calm and well-connected at the intersection of three different areas :
- bus no 8 takes you to Bethnal Green (Central line) in 15 minutes,
- you can easily walk to Bow Road District line station (~20 min)
- Hackney Wick overground just behind the motorway (~15 min)

The flat itself is well-furnished ; there is a shared kitchen with all appliances, we even got a new extractor and freezer. The fact that there are two toilets is quite convenient.

The room is the second largest in the flat ; there is a double bed, a cupboard a chest of drawers, and a bedside table. I will be leaving behind the chairs and the blanket and pillows which I have bought over the year, so that's a few extras you wouldn't have to worry about.

My flatmates are all young professionals. They are great people to live with, with a nice balance of relaxed attitude and ability to maintain a household. We hang out once every two weeks or more depending on the circumstances, but everyone has a bit of a different schedule so it's not like you don't have your own space.

I hope that you will be interested in seeing the room, and let me know if there are any questions.
