A lovely room available in a cool flat that used to be a pub. Great location less than 5min walk to Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction overground stations, and great connections to central London. You’re surrounded by cool pubs and cafes.

There is a shared living room/kitchen, two bathrooms and the room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and dresser. The room comes with a lot of storage and we also have a shared closet. You’ll only share the bathroom with one other person.

The rent is £792 per month. Bills are approx £108 per month each. It includes council tax, gas, electricity and wifi. There is also a one off £50 reference fee to be paid to the agent.

There are currently three girls living here. Izzy is a musician, Charlotte a designer and myself. I’m looking to find a (female) replacement for me.

We’re looking for another girl to take the room, someone who’s nice, chilled out and respectful.

The room is available from the 14th September and you will be required to sign the lease. There will be a chance to move in earlier if required, so if you're interested please get in touch.
