We are looking for someone to take my place in a flatshare in Shoreditch/Hoxton from mid/end September.

The area is lively with many bars, cafes, clubs and restaurants, but our building is on a quiet side street. Old Street station is less than 10 min walking from the flat, the canal and broadway market are only 15 minutes walking. The flat is not massive but nicely refurbished. The rooms and living room are on old wooden floor and kitchen and bathroom on terra cotta.

The available room is a bit small but clean, nice and bright (facing south). There are a good size wardrobe and shelves. There is no space for a desk at the moment, but if you remove the shelves, it can be replaced with a desk. Alternatively, if you need to work from home you can use the big table in the living room. As the other bedrooms both have desks, you. will be the only one there.

You will be sharing with Nourdine, french data scientist, and Micheal, English analyst working in finance. The ambience is nice and warm. Both are pretty busy with there own lives, but always happy to have a chat or a drink if you fancy.

Bills are about £120 per month per person (including council tax, internet, water, gas, electricity, cleaning every week).

The great thing about this flat is that we are dealing directly with the landlord, Ben, who is very helpful and responsive. Therefore, there are no fees apart from referencing fees (which I need confirmation from Ben for the price).

Any question, please ask. We can organise virtual viewings easily, but we are happy to have you come to visit the flat and meet the flatmates if you want.
