Hello! We are looking for 2 young professionals either male/female/other to move into our flat in Willesden Green, available at the beginning of August. The rooms are both £600 per month, excluding bills and utilities.

The flat is very close to Willesden Green tube station, only about 1 minutes walk away. proximity, bars, pharmacies, restaurants, takeaways, as well as a large Sainsbury’s and Post Office on the main road.

The Jubilee line to central London takes around 15 minutes and the buses take about 30-40 minutes.

Both rooms are double rooms, fully furnished with double bed and mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The flat is above an estate agents office, which is also our landlord’s main office. The flat includes a large communal kitchen and dining area, with a dining table, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and 2 ovens. The kitchen is an ideal spot for socialising as a flat and perfect for drinks after work and catching up. All residents have fridge space and cupboard space for groceries.

The bathroom is large with a full-sized bath and shower with space allocated for toiletries.

Upstairs is a small living room with two sofa’s and a television, ideal for watching TV, films and gaming, and socialising with friends.

We also have a large courtyard area which serves as a garden and entry point into the flat. Perfect in the summer! We hold BBQ’s and drinks on one of the flat roofs frequently, when the weather is good.

You’ll be living with 2 other young male professionals. Ned, 30, is a events/theatre production manager currently based in London and Joe, 26, is a museum host in central London. Both of us work full time and enjoy socialising frequently each week. We also appreciate a clean and tidy flat by planning for a cleaner to come in every fortnight. In addition to each of us maintaining a clean and tidy living space.

Bills are not included in the rent, as mentioned. They are roughly around £50 per month paid via standing order. This includes gas, electricity, water, super-fast internet and TV license. Council tax is paid quarterly, via direct debit.

If this brilliant lovely flat in a fantastic location sounds ideal for you? Then please get in touch and we will respond as soon as possible. Looking forward to meeting you!
