Hiya! I am looking for a roommate to fill a spare room within my apartment. The room is a double but can fit a king with room to spare. It is a shared bathroom, however, I like to clean it about 2X a week as well as all communal areas such as the kitchen and living room. If you drive then you’ll have your own parking space and garage all for yourself.
The apartment comes with a communal garden but I have managed to secure a part of it for ourselves to enjoy so if you like to sit in the garden, you have a space for yourself to enjoy.
