Description:

THIS ROOM IS A STEAL!

My landlord is great and hasn't upped the rent in 4 years and most likely won't for the foreseeable future due to COVID.

My friend is moving out and I don't want to of course because of how good the flat is and the location.

Has great transport to central London with access to 185, 40, 176, 37, 12 plus more right outside the flat, then there is peckham rye station, denmark hill, east dulwich in walking distance.

Loads of local amenities: M&S, TESCO, Superdrug and plenty of bars, restaurants, pubs and picture house too.

The room that will be currently vacant has a kings size bed, which is shown in the bedroom photos, tried to show as a clear as possible. The bed will be included and you'll want to just get a new mattress. There are currently two bed-side tables which will be taken with the previous owner but the wardrobes are all yours!

3 piece shared bathroom as you can see again and lovely large living space with full kitchen and dining table! I like green plants so happy for there to be more as long as you look after them too!
