Great sized double room available for a long term let in our lovely home in Camberwell, available 21st October.

The house is on a quiet street just behind Camberwell High street, with a large well kept garden.
Right next door to Brunswick park or a 5 minute walk to Burgess Park.
A 25 minute Walk to Elephant & Castle station (Northern Line), a 15 minute walk to Denmark Hill (Overground & Trains) or amazing bus links to central London.

The house is very large and consists of 3 Double Rooms. Downstairs has a large living room, spacious kitchen with a separate utility room, and one double bedroom looking over the garden.
Upstairs has 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with both a bath and shower, and a good sized storage room.
The upstairs bedroom available will be unfurnished, so you have the opportunity to make the space your own. The communal areas in the house are already partly furnished.

You would also have a very lovely landlord, who we are in contact with regularly and always happy to help with any questions.

The house is very bright and spacious, well located in South East London with great restaurants and pubs very close.

The other bedrooms are occupied by two female young professionals 25 and 27, both working in the creative industry, looking for a third housemate to share a nice home with.

£750 pcm (Rent)
£100 pcm (Bills roughly)
£862.70 (Deposit - 5 weeks rent)

The room is available on a long term let, move in date would be Wednesday 21st October or Saturday 24th October - happy for the new housemate to choose.

Please let me know if you are interested in the room, and we can organise a viewing!
