A 2br flat with a good-sized lounge, kitchen and bathroom. We are on the top floor of a four-storey block on a quiet road just outside of Blackheath village. The room comes with a pine double bed, chest of drawers, desk, wardrobe, book shelf and a bedside unit.

The flat is an 8 min walk from Blackheath Station and 12 min walk down to Lewisham station for the DLR and regular trains. Train routes get you from Blackheath to London Bridge, Waterloo, Charing Cross and Victoria. The 108 bus goes from the end of the road to the Jubilee line at North Greenwich. We are a 10 minute walk to the centre of Blackheath and the walk down into Greenwich takes around 25 minutes.

We have an easy-going, responsive landlady who fixes things whenever we need them and she uses a local letting agent that is probably the best I have ever dealt with in London. The rent is £650 pm and bills are £140-150 max (council tax, gas, electric, internet, water, tv,).
