1 x Double rooms available in our 4-bedroom flat in Bermondsey.

The ground floor flat is split over 2 levels; 3 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs, 1 bedroom, toilet and open plan living room downstairs. Open plan living opens up to a garden which is perfect for drinks and BBQ's.

We enjoy a movie night in as much a pub trip together! We're looking for someone chilled out, social and clean & tidy.

We all have our own lives and enjoy our own space but we do spend quite a bit of time together so would like someone who fits in with this!

We are an easygoing, chilled out house, 2 Males and 1 females (Males: 27 & 29, Female: 28).

We are looking for someone to move in and replace our housemate - Looking for 1 female addition to the house - to keep the balance! Move in date and is around the 30th of November but we can be semi flexible with this!

The rent is £550.40 per month with a deposit of £606.10 and a one-off referencing/ admin fee paid to the Letting Agency. Bills usually add up to approx. £40/60 month.

The flat is on the fringe of Zone 1, conveniently located a short walk to Bermondsey Station (Jubilee Line), Surrey Quays (Overground) and Bermondsey South (Overground).

Local markets include: Borough Market, Druid Street Market and Maltby Street Market. Coffee and grilled cheese sandwich from Maltby St is the best hangover cure!

We are looking to have viewings ASAP so please contact me on the email below if you are interested - Look forward to hearing from you :)
