The house is situated in SE15, in a very safe and quiet street and away from high rise council flats. Majority of our neighbours are professional working family. It's 5 mins away from Mountview Arts school and 10 mins away from LCC. Nearest bus stop is 5 mins walk.

It's located approx. 10 mins from London Bridge and 15 mins to West End.
There are multiple buses to central London and they are quite frequent.

PROSPECTIVE LODGER:
I prefer a female lodger

This room will suit someone who prefers a quiet environment and not into house parties. I provide safe and clean living environment for my lodgers.

There is no curfew and you can come home anytime you wish.

I prefer a non-smoker and someone who can keep their room clean.

ROOM:
It's a single room with single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawer.
The room faces the rear garden and gets plenty of natural light in the morning.
The room also has shelves on the wall and will be freshly clean prior to your move in.

HOUSE:
We have a Victorian house with front and back garden. Large kitchen, lounge and dinning room. The house is constantly maintained.
We share all cooking utensils with our lodgers so there's no need to buy your own.

PEOPLE WHO LIVES HERE:
We are a working professional family.
We have a 17 year old daughter.
