Hi! I'm Heather :) My housemate is moving out mid-March and I'm looking for a replacement.

The room is a huge ensuite with a closet and lots of windows.

The flat has a balcony that's really lovely in the summer, a huge living room and kitchen, washer/dryer, dish washer, and a big storage space. There's also a shared bike room.

Everything in the flat is brand new and really beautiful and people always comment on how nice the apartment is when they visit!

The surrounding area has cute coffee shops, Southwark Park, and a big Tesco.

I'm looking for someone who's clean and considerate and takes covid precautions seriously. I'd prefer not to have a housemate that goes out a lot, hangs out in large groups of people, or wants to bring over lots of guests during the pandemic, because my bubble includes a person who has preexisting conditions. Outside of the pandemic (if it ever ends) I don't care about these things.

Other than the above I'm pretty chill and easygoing. I like to read, watch TV, bake cakes, and cook. I like to socialize and do flatmate dinners/hangouts, but also like to have my own space :)

The listed rent doesn't include bills:
council tax - £58/month
water - £11/month
electricity - £29/month
wifi - £13/month
heat - really depends on usage. in colder months I would say £33/month but obviously it will be warmer when you move in

deposit - £846
living room and kitchen furniture (sofas, TV, balcony furniture, dining table, and all decor) - £150
room furniture - to be discussed with my housemate!
