Double room available on a friendly, quiet street just a ten-minute walk away from Brixton underground (zone 2 - Victoria Line), Brixton and Herne Hill stations. Close to all amenities (including a big Sainsbury’s just down the road and Brixton/Herne Hill markets). We have a bus stop a couple of minutes away and are only a five minute walk away from the beautiful Brockwell Park with top-notch views of the London skyline!

We’re three friendly and professional girls (two Brits and one Kiwi). We enjoy hanging out together and occasionally having a few drinks but are courteous and respectful of each other’s space. Ruth works in retail; Courtney works as an assistant picture editor and Amy works in CS for an alcohol company (and brings home the occasional freebie)! We do have varied working hours and currently Courtney is WFH full-time.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers and plenty of wardrobe space! (There may also be some other bits and bobs available if need be.)
It’s on the top floor of a three story house and is available from the 4th of June 2021.

We have a garden that’s great for entertaining/sunbathing during the summer and also a brand new boiler! We also have a large basement and a separate study with plenty of storage space.

Parking is on street and a permit is needed.

Rent is £687.92 per month and bills are approximately £75.00 (including council tax).

One of us is almost always home so we can be flexible with arranging viewings. We’re also open to virtual viewings!
