Description:

Arguably one of the best student accommodation out there, boasting superb views of London from the 18th floor, and a state of the art fitness and wellness centre.

The room itself is a beautiful private, lockable bedroom sharing a kitchen and two shower rooms with just 2 others in a modern three-bedroom apartment. Featuring a built in desk, desk chair, wardrobe and a bed; the private room is perfect and excellent value for money.

Facilities include gym, swimming pool, gaming room, balcony overlooking the London Eye and Big Ben etc.

I am looking for someone to take over this great room during the summer over the dates 21 July - 3 September. The room is available to students only. Bills are included plus access to the fitness and wellbeing centre.

About the accommodation:
Urbanest Westminster Bridge offers an incredible location in the heart of London, overlooking Westminster Bridge and the Houses of Parliament. The building is a 6-minute walk to Waterloo Station and Lambeth North Station, and situated close to King's College London, London School of Economics and London South Bank University. Many others such as UCL, SOAS and Imperial College are just a few stops on the tube.

The building is brand new and facilities (including those mentioned above) include:

* large gym and fitness room with a wide range of equipment
* swimming pool and sauna
* gaming room
* wifi and broadband
* free to use iMacs
* bike store and free to use bikes
* study rooms and several common rooms with a tennis table, pool table etc.
* large balcony on 18th floor overlooking the London Eye, Houses of Parliament, Shard, River Thames, St Paul's Cathedral and the city
* cinema room
* 2 laundry rooms
* 24/7 reception

About the flat:
Modern single bedroom sharing 2 luxury shower rooms and a large kitchen area with 2 other friendly, clean and tidy flatmates. The room includes a bed with a memory foam mattress, desk and chair, underfloor heating and spacious storage areas.

Additional Information:
Urbanest requires one week's rent upfront payment in order to secure your booking. This one week's payment will then be deducted from your last payment instalment at the end of the tenancy.

Please contact me at xufelicia@outlook.com or 07477592080 if you are interested! I would love to tell you more about this superb accommodation.
