The house has a shared kitchen and a shared living room, which has a sofa bed which can be used for guests and a TV which has Netflix and Amazon Prime. There is also a small private garden. Bills aren't included and come to around £75 a month, heating and gas is paid directly to the landlord at £50 a month. We have all basic amenities, including a washing machine. The flat mates are two young professionals. Maisie is a 26 year old artist who has just finished her masters in sculpture at the RCA. Madee is a 29 year old young professional who works in finance. We are a very sociable house and we often hang out together in the evenings watching TV or movies, we also enjoy throwing the occasional party or going out together. We're looking for a friendly young professional to join our sociable household.
