My flatmate and I are looking for another student preferably in their 2nd/3rd year to share our comfortable flat in Camberwell. It is around 10 minutes walk to Denmark Hill campus (incl. KCH & IoPPN), 15 minute walk to Oval Station and is very well-connected in terms of bus routes (also only 3-6min walk away from bus stops). The area is generally quite safe with a few schools and churches, and is also a short walk from shops, take aways and Burgess Park.

The 12-month contract for the property starts on August 1st and rent is around £162 per person excluding bills. The flat comes with 3 bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom, a kitchen and a living room.

A little bit about ourselves: Both of us are starting the 4th year of our degree this September, my flatmate is doing a BSc in Biomed with a placement year, and I'm doing a iBSc on Global Health as a part of my medical degree. We are friendly, tidy people who love spending time together as a flat but also give each other some space and quiet time when needed.
