We have a room to rent in our lovelly house in Bermondsey! The flat is a duplex (4 double rooms, living room, nice kitchen and a big terrace) 7 min away from the Bermondsey tube station and just 15-20 walking from London Bridge.

The price is 645£ pm (council tax + internet are included), the electricity/gas bills come every 3 months (and the last time was around just 40 pounds per person). Water bill is £100 ish per person per year.
Deposit to be given to the person who is to move out in order to be part of the Tenancy contract.

The area is amazing. It's 10 minutes walking from places like the Beer Mile, Bermondsey Street or Maltby Street Market.

The flat is shared with 2 girls, 1 boy (from Italy and Canada). All 3 are professionals, extremely clean and nice individuals. Clean shifts are a must once a week.

We are working from home during this period, organising ourselves to make sure we can all work comfortably within rules :)
