Great double becoming available mid-October as our current flatmate is moving together with his partner.
So we are looking for a fun, sociable and tidy new housemate who is easy to get on with (and will do their bit to look after the house).

Location wise we are a 5 minute walk from Barnes station and a five minute walk from the 2 main bus stops; a 20 minute walk into Putney and with other shops, including Tesco and Sainsburys, a few minutes walk away. East Putney tube is only a 15 minute bus ride.
The flat is in a quiet cul-de-sac, and not only do we have a garden but we are also close to lots of green spaces - Richmond Park, Barnes, Putney and Wimbledon Common, and the river. Great for running, cycling, walks etc!

The room is the biggest in the house, bright with big windows overlooking the garden, has a triple wardrobe with plenty of storage, and space for a desk or additional furniture you may want to bring.

We rent directly from the owner (no extra fees!) who is very responsible and quick to fix or replace things if they're broken. Bills are on top of the rent, and come to around £ 80 a month including broadband.
Our landlady carries out a reference check on prospective tenants - so you know you'll be living with decent people ;)

Unfortunately pets are not permitted, and no couples please.
