I have decided to move back to my home country (classic covid) and so will sadly be leaving my beautiful bright room and my lovely flatmates.

The room is super spacious. It has:
- double bed (divan - has drawers on the base)
- small nightstand (being used as TV stand)
- a closet (reach in, with dresser inside)

There's a few things that are mine, such as the desk, chair and shoe rack, but I am more than willing to sell them cheap to the next occupant!

The flat has a big storage cupboard where we put in our suitcases and whatnot. We also just bought some nice patio furniture for the balcony so it's lovely to be out there when the weather is nice.

Amenities + transport
Very good transport links as the flat is a 6-7 minute walk from Southfields station (District line) and has bus connections to Central London, Clapham Junction and Wimbledon.
We're a stone's throw away from all of Southfields' amenities and shops (including various supermarkets: Tesco, Sainsbury's, and M&S Foodhall)
The lovely Wimbledon Park is a 3 min walk away, great for the summers.
Internet, council tax, gas and electric bills come to around £50-60 per month on average. Deposit is one month’s rent + £30 for deposit protection .

About the flat:
They are a friendly bunch, chit chatting over cooking dinner/meals but also have different schedules so sometimes don't have the chance to mingle too often.

We’re looking for a tidy, friendly person who will fit into our calm and neat house.

The room is available with flexible dates so let us know if you are interested!

Ximena (current occupant), Greta, Daniela and David
