We are preferably looking for a professional male or female to move into my gorgeous bright room in Brixton.

£1010 rent + bills

The landlord is an interior designer so the flat is gorgeous. She is also pretty flexible so changes to your room if you want it should be no problem.

I am moving into my own one bed as I turn 30 so it's a bittersweet departure!

The room has a deceiving amount of storage! and your very own decked roof terrace outside of your window.
It gets the sun all afternoon & comes with soil/pots for your herbs/plants if you wish!

Plenty of other storage throughout the house for you too!

You will be living with Sarah-Jane, a 29 year old interior designer - who works from the office in Chelsea M-F 10am-6pm. She is originally from South Africa but has been living in London for several years.
She is genuinely lovely and will always be up for joining you for a few drinks, card games, a Sunday roast etc! but also respects space

If you need to work from home, there is space in both the bedroom or livingroom for you to set up your workspace.

You are literally a 5 minute walk from Brixton tube station, Brixton Market and all of the cafes/bars/pubs. As well as less than a 7 minute walk from Brockwell Park.

The living room has a large built-in TV for you to enjoy and a working fireplace.
I will be taking my yellow sofa, so you have space to decide if you want a dining table or more seating etc.

Let us know if this is of interest and we can have you over for a viewing :)
