We are a young couple living in a two double bedroom flat in Pimlico (Central London). Our flatmates are leaving at the end of April so we’re looking for another couple or a single to rent the room from the 1st of May.

The price for a couple is 866£ and for a single 700£, bills are not included. The flat is as shown in pictures, with a living room with high ceiling and big window making it very bright, the kitchen is fully equipped including dish-washer, washing machine and dryer, there is one bathroom and one separated toilet. As regarding the room, the white small wardrobe will be removed so there will be more space. Great location 5 min walking from Pimlico Station.
