Hi there!

We are looking for a roommate for our three-bedroom flat just off Clapham Common.

The house has high speed internet (Minimum 45MB/s), flat screen TV, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and other small appliances. There is a huge kitchen as you can see from the pictures and a separate living room facing the street with lots of natural light. We are also across the road from Virgin Active Clapham.

We are a 5-minute walk from the Northern Line (Clapham Common) and 7-minute walk to the Overground (Clapham High street). The house is situated near three very nice pubs and Clapham common (1 minute away) is a spectacular place to run, walk, cycle and will be even better over summer.

Ideally, we are seeking a working professional between the age of 25 and 35. I work for an international analytics company and the other flatmate is a wine brand manager. We both travel a lot for work so we’re looking for someone respectful and tidy to occupy the place with us. We cook a lot, go to gigs, events and talks. And are more than happy to share those experiences with others.

The available room is £250 per week including all bills (electricity, water, internet and gas). Cost is negotiable for longer stays and we would only consider flatmates who would consider a minimum of two months.

Please don’t hesitate to ask any questions and get in touch with us for a viewing!
