It is a 2 bedroom flat in a beautiful part of Streatham. The flat has a good size living room with an open plan kitchen. There is a big and bright bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. The flat is in a quiet house with friendly and helpful neighbours.
It is located in a quiet residential street very close to public transport, super markets and leisure centre. There is also a great park round the corner for walks, picnics or your morning run. On the high street you'll find plenty of independent cafes as well as all the shops like Superdrug, Lidl, Sainsbury's, Tesco and plenty more.. There is also a library and a cinema. Streatham( London Bridge, St. Pancras, Wimbledon ) station is 5 min away and Streatham Common (Victoria, Clapham Junction) only 15 min. There are plenty of busses towards Brixton to catch the Northern line as well as 133 and 159( 24h) that will take you all the way to the centre.
So if you are a non smoking professional who likes clean and tidy place and is looking for a homely place please get in touch for viewing.
I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
