Description:

We're looking for a new flatmate for our four-bedroom property in Battersea. We're located a swift two-minute walk from Battersea Park Station and many other bus links into central London. Our flat is in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to a range of local supermarkets, restaurants and pubs.

The room is light, spacious and comes furnished with a double bed and bedding (this can be removed), inbuilt wardrobes and a desk.

The property includes a kitchen with a separate living room, bathroom and a balcony which receives sunlight throughout the day, perfect for lockdown sunbathing and growing vegetables!

The house currently consists of:
Nathan - works in financial services
Polly - a nurse
Julija - works in events management

Bills are not included in the rent and come to approximately £75 per person per month. If you have any queries please feel free to message me on here to discuss.
