We are looking for a new housemate for our lovely house on a quiet road which is just 12 minutes walk away from Morden tube station for the northern line and 2 mins walk to south merton train station which takes you to to Wimbledon and all the way into central London. Move in date is flexible.

The room:
The room in the house is in the ground floor in the house and is a large double with big bay windows and it is fully furnished. There is a small toilet opposite the room and the main bathroom is on the first floor which is shared with 2 other housemates as the room in the top floor has an en-suite.

The rest of the house is large and spacious and we have a living room, a spare single bedroom and another spare room at the top of the house. There is a large garden which we have been enjoying having fires and wine in the summer evenings!

The rent is £612.50 every month and bills are £120 each month which includes virgin TV with sky movies, internet, council tax and all those other bills, and a fortnightly cleaner.

Your housemates are Ellen, Chris and Kane and we like to think we are a good bunch! Ellen works as a social worker, Chris as an Estate agent and Kane as a hairdresser. We have dinner together some nights and enjoy having a glass of wine and catching up or watching some tele. But we also appreciate our own space and quiet and can often be out of the house doing other things. One of us is a smoker but not inside the property.

About you:
We would love to have someone that is laid back and approachable who is not just like ships in the night. If you would like more info or want a video call viewing please let us know.
