Hey, my name is Rosie and I am looking for a new flat mate to take my room in this beautiful 2 bed flat in Clapham. i am sad to be leaving but have to relocate for work reasons. Here is some information about the property and my lovely flat mate Conaugh who will be staying...

Double Bedroom:
- nice and bright - lots of light!
- double bed with space underneath for storage
- wardrobe with overhead storage
- bedsidfe chest of drawers
- small table lamp

The rest of the flat is clean and very well maintained. I actually asked for it to be re-painted, so the walls look nice and fresh now!

We have a shared living room and kitchen area (complete with washing machine and tumble dryer) a bathroom with a combined bath and shower, and the piéce de résoistance...We have a garden!!! There is also now a BBQ now too just in time for the summer!

Rent is £887.50 per month and bills come to £150 per person. These bills include gas, electric, council tax, internet (Virgin Media), water, TV license, so you're looking at £1027.50 per month. Security deposit £1012.50.

Here's a bit about my flat mate...

Conaugh is a clm and chilled secondary Music teacher. His main interests include music, socialising, technology, art, and cooking. He is gay but does not mind the orientation of whoever moves in. He is very clean and takes good care of the flat and garden making it a lovely place to live.

If you are interested please send me a message and I will be happy to arrange a viewing.
