Hey there!

My lovely friend is moving out of her bedroom soon to move in with her boyfriend so I'm in search for a new flatmate.

We live in a 1st floor flat just 2 minutes off Wandsworth Town Station. The place is bright, spacious and we've spent quite a bit of time these past couple of years to build something that truly feels like home :)

The bedroom available is quite big (as you can see in the pictures) because technically it's the living room of the flat. We've turned the 2nd bedroom into our owned shared space where we get to chill, watch TV etc.

Something to mention is that the bedroom used to be almost unfurnished so we've bought the furniture you're seeing in the picture. You can keep the bed and 2 big chest of drawers for approx. £150.

Bills are not included. I'm responsible for the Council tax and broadband and the new flatmate would be responsible for water and electricity. That's about £80-£100 p/m depending on the season.

A bit about me: I'm a Creative Strategist working with Google on global social campaigns. I'm obsessed with cinema and music, love cooking (trying to keep it healthy though!) and even though just like everyone, some times I like my own space, I'm also looking for someone that I can hang out and have some fun with.

Shout if you have any Qs + looking forward to hearing from you.
