Double bedroom to rent in this amazing 3 bed flat!

This incredible property has loads of natural light and close to the Victoria line. Located in the heart of Brixton, there are plenty of local amenities, including: Pop Brixton, Covered Market, Ritzy Cinema, Electric Avenue and Brixton Academy. Nearby also is Brockwell Park. Plenty of supermarkets close by (incl. Tesco's, Sainsburys, Lidl).

The ideal candidate would be able to move in immediately and be a young professional who likes to live in a relaxed, tidy and comfortable living environment, with two other great flatmates!

The successful candidate would be taking over my tenancy as I am moving out to live with my partner! Flat is available from the 1st of September. I am doing viewings immediately, so please give me your availability! Weekdays and weekends good.

Finances: rent is £667 per month, bills are £94 per month. The deposit is £923 which will be returned to you when you decide to leave. Contract to end to end in 6 months, but there is also the opportunity to extend further.

There is a bicycle closet in the flat and parking very close by if you have a car or motorbike!

This room should go soon, so if you have any questions, please feel free to email me and I will respond as soon as possible!

Thank you for taking the time to look over this ad! :)
