Spacious ensuite loft conversion, (with own shower and WC), on 2nd floor in house share (3 bedrooms total)! 5-10 min walk to Notting Hill, Portobello Road, Ladbroke Grove tube station and bus stops. Very easy access to Westfield Shepherd’s Bush, Kensington, and much more! Amazing location, very quiet & safe residential street, with families or professionals - Bartle road, W11.

Available from March 22nd, part of a house share with two young professional males (twenties). Loft conversion attractively furnished with sleigh bed and large storage area. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a large living/dining room on the ground floor.

In the kitchen there is access to a washing machine, dishwasher, other appliances.

There is a large spacious living room, great for dining, relaxing or hosting friends over. The house overlooks landscape gardens.

The other house mates will be moving in on the 15th March. They are looking for someone who is mindful of being in a house share (i. e. keep the place tidy, always clean up after yourself after cooking or eating, take care of the house chores in equal measures).

Rent is for the loft conversion (£720pcm) and does not include bills or council tax which are shared between the tenants as well as the internet.

If interested please call the landlord, my parents, on the number given or leave me a message on roommates and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
