Hi, I am letting my room as I will be away for two to four months maybe more. I live with two other professionals, male and female, with a passion for plants and the environment. You will need to join the cause if you truly want to live with us. We have a large room in the heart of Portobello/ Golborne Road Market. The room is very airy and has loads of light. It is rented furnished.
The flat has a spacious front room, a shower with separate toilet room and a spacious kitchen with space for a table.

The flat is less than five minutes away from Ladbroke Grove station. The central line Noting Hill Station is 15 minutes away and the Overground stations such as Kensal Rise and Kensal Green are 15-20 minutes away too. There are also several night buses.

The flat is near the Grand Canal which is great for walks or running. We are also near to loads of green areas, Holland Park, Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park all within walking distance. There are many supermarkets nearby and a large Sainsbury’s at the end of Ladbroke Grove. Additionally, Westfield is pretty much a 20-minute walk from the flat. There are also a number of gyms two of them with a swimming pool. The house is in a great location close to loads of coffee shops and restaurants.
As I will be away for some time I would like to let my room. The price includes bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax and internet). I will be away for three months but could be longer. Ideally I would like to rent it for that period of time but happy to negotiate.
