Hello and thank you for checking out my advert!

I am looking for someone (both single people or couples welcome, couples for an extra £75 a month) to move into my lovely double room in my spacious, friendly house. The room comes fully furnished with plenty of storage space: two wardrobes two chests of drawers, and a couple of small sets of drawers, plus a comfy double bed and even a sink.

The house is in a great location in West London in Acton but extremely close to Chiswick and Ealing, with great transport links to central London as we are a short walk from Acton Town tube station (District and Piccadilly line).

In addition to the room you have access to a gorgeous, homely living room with a television, sofas and bean bags where we spend a lot of time together as a house. The real selling point of the house it it’s sociable and friendly atmosphere. The house has a relaxed, supportive vibe and we often have movie nights, go out to the pub or go for walks together. That said, the housemates you will be living with are also very respectful and will always allow you space and privacy should you want it. The other housemates are all professionals working in various fields who enjoy films, gaming, theme parks and are great company where you’re going out or having a night in. They always go out of their way to make you feel welcome - when I moved in I was given a gift bag and a card and we had a trip to the pub to celebrate my arrival. The house is also kept very tidy.

The kitchen is well equipped and we have a system where we share common baking ingredients, herbs and spices, all plates/ cutlery and glasses and cleaning products as they all come from a joint house account. These are all included with your bills. Also included in bills are WiFi, water, electricity and gas.

In addition to the kitchen and the living room we have a spacious garden area which is lovely in the summer and two bathrooms.

Finally, the landlord is very relaxed if you want to make the room your own - he allows painting, decorating or alterations like putting up shelves or pictures and is happy for pets to be in the house so if you have animals this would be a great house for you. The housemates are also all big animal lovers who would spoil your pets. The house renting also works on a very relaxed basis, once you’ve moved in you’re not tied to a date that you neee to leave you can leave whenever you’d like to as long as you find someone to take over your room.

Feel free to message me with any questions. I am looking for someone to move in on the 24th or 25th of July ideally but am willing to start viewings now.

The rent is £685 per month plus £75 in bills per person. So for a single occupant it is £760 pcm and for a couple the room would be £835.
