The building has a concierge, which is very convenient for your deliveries. Very safe building.

You would be sharing the flat with Livia, 32 who works in digital marketing and Sean, 25, also works full time PhD at Imperial College. They both are very kind, clean and respectful housemates.

5min walk from Bayswater station (Circle Line)

Huge Waitrose right next to the building. Sainsburys and Tesco around the corner too.
1min walk from Westbourne Grove and Queensway (and all their stores, restaurants, coffee shops, hairdressers, gyms, dry cleaners, pharmacies etc...)
15min walk from Portobello Road. Little Venice is 5 mins away and Paddington 10 mins walk (access to a range of buses, Heathrow Express, buses to Luton, Stansted etc + National Rail)
