Note: Fully furnished, I am also giving away my £360 DXracer chair.

I am moving outside of London and sadly have to leave this awesome room.

The flat is in a nice private housing estate which is 10 minutes from Gunnersbury Park, and 15 from South Ealing Station. In 20 minutes you can also be in Brentford, or 30 minutes’ walk to Ealing Broadway.

There is unrestricted parking in a car park outside the property, meaning you can park your car there and also have friends visit without additional costs.

All of the windows were recently upgraded in the building so they are nice and clean, and there is no gas.

Current Housemates:

Yannick, 27, who is studying a PhD to become a botanist. He works at Kew Gardens and enjoys going for runs around the enormous Gunnersbury park.

Calum, 31, a jazz musician and keyboard player who recently returned from 5 years living abroad. He freelances around the country and loves coffee.

Council Tax: £50
Water and Electricity are done every quarter and split 3 ways. Usually about 60 each but it varies throughout the year, and we have only been in the flat for 12 months ourselves.

Wifi was provided with our current tenancy, and it is super fast.

The current tenancy is due for renewal on the 21st of May 2021. But a tenant swap can be done in order to move out early of course.
