Located in Central Acton. Very close to Poets Corner and Churchfield Road and all the local amenities that has to offer, coffee shops, bars, wine bar, barber‘s, hairdresser’s, places to eat / shop.

Room comes with its own adjacent bathroom.
Bedroom consists of a double bed, mattress, two built in wardrobes and a garden view. It’s got plenty of room for you to add a large desk if you need to work from home or some chest of drawers if you require further storage etc.

Your bathroom comes with a bath, shower and two decent sized storage cupboards.
Shared lounge and kitchen.
Washing machine included.

Lounge is fully furnished and fast fibre wifi is included.

The flat is a 7 min walk from Acton Mainline station (overground to Paddington takes around 8 min), Acton Town station is approx 10 min walk (underground lines District and Piccadilly), Acton central station is 10 min walk (overground to Stratford and Richmond). Acton High Street has regular buses running constantly to Sheppards Bush, Ealing and more.
There is a park opposite the flat and Acton park itself is only a 10 min walk.
Morrison’s, Lidl’s and Sainsbury’s local are all within 6 min walking distance. Ealing Common is a 20 min walk and Ealing Broadway is a further 5 min. There’s also 2 budget gym’s located close, or if you prefer there’s a David Lloyd gym next to Acton Park. Acton vue cinema isn’t far (10 min drive) and this part of Acton is close enough to Westfield shopping Center by bus (15 min).

Bills are included in the rent price and parking is available on street outside the flat with a council permit (around £150 for 12 months) if required.

My flat mate is moving on after 3 years so I’m looking for someone else to move in.
