We are two single professionals, late-30s / early 40s, tidy, easy going and friendly.

While we do have our own social lives, when more than one of us is at home we like to make the most of living in London by going out to a local venue or enjoy a glass of wine in front of the TV. We also frequent the local Everyman Cinema (sofas & pizza), restaurants and pubs, and brunch at the local Garden Centre.

The apartment is set back from the main road & quiet but well located only 5 mins walk to Maida Vale Station or 10 mins to St Johns Wood, approx.:
- 20mins by tube to West End / Soho
- 30 mins tube to Bank / Liverpool St / KIngs Cross
- 40 mins tube to Canary Wharf

All bills are included - fast wifi, Netflix, heating, Council Tax, utilities etc.

The room is available now. It's larger than it looks in the photo, there is a wardrobe out of frame on the right hand side, and a book shelf to the left. There are more photos on my personal profile.

I realise that travelling to view rooms isn't easy at the moment, so happy to have a call first, I can take you on a virtual tour or for you to visit in person.
